Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique can help you achieve greater freedom and ease in your day to day activities. I offer courses and workshops for all levels as well as one to one lessons.

From beginners workshops lasting 3 hours to a 10 week course for more experienced participants and pupils of the technique. Workshops can also be theme specific which is particularly useful for sports people and artists – dancers, riders, martial artists, musicians etc. Movement coaching to ease neck and back strain can take place at your work place by arrangement.
