• individual private lessons by arrangement
• one lesson lasts about 40mins and costs 35 euros
• lessons can be taught in English, German or French

A series of at least ten lessons is recommended. This will give you an understanding of how the Alexander Technique works and how you can begin to apply it for yourself. Like learning any skill, it is up to you to decide how far you want to develop it.

Lessons are available: 

Mondays 9.00 - 13.00 -  Schule für Alexander-Technik Heidelberg, Bergheimer Straße 147, 69115

Tuesdays 14.00 - 18.00 - in Wiesloch at the Wiebke Kohm Kinesiology Practice.

Lessons can be arranged outside of these hours in Klausenpfad 19, 69121.
